Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1 1/2 Blueberries
Directions:

In a large bowl, cream butter. Gradually add sugars, creaming thoroughly.
Beat in eggs and milk.

In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Fold in Blueberries.

Place into greased muffin pan.

Bake in 370° F (190° C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
